On-site and remote desktop Support
Our help desk program includes onsite and over the phone resolution options to your network and pc problems
. Calls are reponded to as quickly as possible to minimize your down time. Our technicians will work with you
through your computer issues over the phone or come to your facility if necessary to resolve difficult issues.
An advantage of 'on-site' support is that you can define the response time between your request
for help and an engineer arriving on your doorstep.
Furthermore, this service can be formalised in a Maintenance Agreement providing you with a defined service
level and response time. We also include all parts required in getting you going again.
